3. Problems with existing drainage and infrastructure
4. Economic development to attract new businesses to defray tax burden from residential property.
5. How to handle a city government with falling revenues from ad valor em taxes.
6. PBK Architects did a facilities study on the city complex and recommended a new facility be built, do you support this?
7. Should residential growth be curtailed by increased requirements for parkland, code requirements and other regulatory items, allow the market to regulate growth, or should we just flat tell them to leave?
8. Should we establish the 1/4 cent sales tax to enable a tool to do real economic development?
9. Form of Government, should we change from strong Mayor to Council Manager?
10. If we install new improved capacity infrastructure systems, how are we going to accommodate the new residents that will come from more home building that would be made possible. Traffic, Public Safety, Personnel increases at city hall to handle increased population? City Hall Satellite centers around town?
